I first met Brody while I was training for my first competition.  We started training together and he had some of the weirdest exercises but I will tell you, they worked!  I call it Brodification, the modification of an exercise by Brody.  He has trained with some awesome and talented IFBB pros and athletes and during his training sessions he has picked up some cool little exercises you may not have thought to try.  Below is the Modified incline lat pull down, performed on the cables with an incline chair and a wide handled bar.

This is a great exercise to throw into your back day routine.
